Good health and hair loss go hand in hand. When you
have a problem with balding, researching the cause of thinning hair will

hair to thin.
An iron deficiency is the common cause of women experiencing thinning hair.

imbalance of estrogen in the body during this phase of a woman’s life causes

take an iron supplement.
Vitamins A, B, C and E are not only essential for good health, but are
important for the health of your hair. Having these in your daily diet can
help prevent hair loss or thinning. In some cases, where you have already
lost hair, Vitamin E has been found to help some of the hair grow back. One
simple way of making sure that you get these essential vitamins is to add
vegetables and fruit to you diet. You can also take vitamin supplements to
help prevent your hair from thinning and falling out, but you do have to
ensure you take them as recommended. Too much of one vitamin can also be the
cause of hair loss in women.
If you follow the food guide for the amounts of food you need each day, you
will go a long ways toward having a healthy diet. If, after adding healthy
foods to your diet, you are still experiencing thinning hair or continued
loss, then you should seek the advice of a doctor to help determine whether
some medication could be causing the problem or if there is another medical
condition.
